eFile Court Records - Now Available for PROBATE
On January 1, 2015, our office went live and began accepting PROBATE filings.

As of January 1, 2016, attorneys filing in PROBATE court with the Cass County Clerk will be mandated by the Texas Supreme Court to file electronically.

ATTORNEYS:  
To begin, attorneys must select an electronic filing service provider (EFSP) who will submit documents on your behalf through the State of Texas' authorized electronic portal, which is known as:

eFileTexas.gov
